The document establishes the General Terms and Condition of Use that govern the use of the www.eb-mana.com website, “Escola Bíblica Maná”, which hereinafter also referred to as Website or Website “Escola Bíblica Maná”.
The website “Escola Bíblica Maná” is owned by Maná-Igreja Cristã, religous association, located in Estrada da Paiã, Quinta da Cabaça 2B, 1.º andar, 2675-178 Pontinha, Portugal.
For the clarification of any question related to the website, “Escola Bíblica Maná”, a space was created, for this purpose in the “Contacts” menu, through which you can expose your question or clarify any doubt and one of the members of the team will give the appropriate answer.
By accessing the Website, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the respective Privacy Policies.
The user must read these conditions and Privacy Policies whenever accessing the Website, as they may be readjusted or changed at any time.

The user, under the terms of the law and of these conditions, undertakes not to use the Website in a manner that may violate the legally protected positions of the Maná-Igreja Cristã or of third parties, and to make use of it in a responsible, prudent and careful manner and not to disturb or degrade the continuity, integrity, and quality of its resources and functions.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
